OVERVIEW

Welcome to Pawly! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pawly. We operate this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Services, including subscription products. By visiting, subscribing to, or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.


SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and that any dependents using our Services do so with your consent.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure, including billing details. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.


SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

We offer products s subscription plans (“Subscription Products”).

When you purchase a Subscription Product, you authorize recurring charges (e.g., monthly or otherwise shown at checkout) until you cancel. Renewal frequency, pricing, and next billing dates are shown during checkout.

Important:
For any “Buy One Get One Free” or "Buy Two get Two Free" (BOGO) subscription offers, the free item is included only in the first order. All subsequent renewal orders are billed at the full price for all items in the subscription or for one item at the full price. This is clearly indicated during checkout.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting us at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.

We may modify subscription pricing or terms in line with applicable laws.

Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly due to device displays.


SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND SUBSCRIPTION BILLING

Placing an order or starting a subscription constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

For subscriptions:

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically at each renewal.

  • You authorize us and our payment processors to store and use your payment details for recurring charges.

  • If payment fails, we may retry or pause your subscription.

To avoid being billed, cancel at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge. Cancellations after billing may apply to the following cycle.

Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.


SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Subscription pricing remains fixed during the current cycle but may be updated for future renewals with prior notice.

You agree to keep billing information current. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges including applicable taxes and shipping.

If your payment method becomes invalid, you remain responsible for outstanding amounts. We may suspend or cancel your subscription if payment cannot be processed.


SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Once products are handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.


SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the site—including images, text, logos, and product designs—is owned by Pawly or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce any materials without written permission.


SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

Any access to third-party tools is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for third-party functionality or terms.


SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites linked through our Services. Please review their policies before interacting with them.


SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Although Shopify powers our store, all sales and transactions occur between you and Pawly. Shopify is not responsible for any claims arising from your purchases.


SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Please review them to understand how your data is used.


SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

If you submit feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for business and operational purposes.


SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

We may correct any errors or inaccuracies and update or cancel orders when needed.


SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES

You may only use our Services for lawful purposes. Fraudulent, harmful, or abusive behavior is prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate your account or subscription for any reason, including non-payment or violation of these Terms. Outstanding payments remain due after termination.

These Terms make up the entire agreement between you and Pawly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
